Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Maintenance Tech to join our team at Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a premier long and short term care facility in Binghamton, New York. As a Maintenance Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and happiness of our residents by performing general repairs and basic maintenance tasks. Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility's overall maintenance and upkeep
Conduct routine checks and inspections to identify and address potential issues
Utilize knowledge of electrical systems and basic plumbing to make repairs as needed
Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
$20 - $22 HOURLY (competitive salary range)

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience in maintenance or related field (training provided for the right candidate)
Basic knowledge of general repairs and maintenance tasks
Availability to work FULL-TIME day shift
