Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This position involves caring for postoperative patients on a 32-bed surgical unit with a focus on vascular, thoracic, colorectal, and general surgery. The role requires surgical experience and the ability to manage complex post-surgical care on a rotating schedule, with nights or day/night shifts available.

Job Details:

• Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 3 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing, surgical experience caring for patients after vascular, thoracic, colorectal, and general surgeries, experience with chest tubes, drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone, post-surgical lines/tubes/drains, Trachs/Laryngectomies, telemetry, complex wounds, central lines care and maintenance, blood draws, and on-call availability
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ARDS, esophagectomies, whipples, and sepsis cases
• Additional Information: Must be comfortable floating between units as needed. The assignment begins on 07/20/2026, and expertise with post-operative patient management is essential.
