LPN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of New Jersey
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and residents care plans
• Monitor and document residents conditions, reporting any changes in health status
• Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
