Surgical ICU Supervisor Registered Nurse

Medical City Healthcare seeks a Surgical ICU Supervisor Registered Nurse to lead a high-acuity surgical intensive care unit. This on-site role oversees daily operations, staffing, and clinical practice, ensuring safe, evidence-based care for complex post-operative and critically ill patients. The supervisor provides hands-on clinical leadership, mentors ICU nurses, and collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams.
