The role involves executing personnel and store sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, while consistently upholding the company’s ethos of prioritizing people, optimizing processes, delivering exceptional products, and reinforcing the brand’s core values. Key Responsibilities:Drive store and individual sales goals and performanceCoach, train, and motivate the sales teamChampion the La-Z-Boy selling process and in-home design programRecognize top talentDeliver an exceptional, branded customer experienceSupport sales events, promotions, and store operationsAddress customer concerns and help maintain a clean, professional showroomPartner with leadership to improve sales and operational resultsOperations:Resolve customer concerns and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.Support planning and executing sales promotion and events.Collaborate with support teams to ensure flawless execution of operational excellence.Ensure proper execution of all existing and new systems and administrative procedures.Uphold brand visual standards in the store by ensuring cleanliness in employee and customer areas.
