POAH Communities is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager at Bay Meadow Apartments in Springfield, MA. The role involves coordinating day-to-day operations, maintaining tenant files, and ensuring compliance with HUD and state programs. You will work with a team to manage leasing, certifications, and resident services, while leveraging Yardi and MS Office tools to support efficient property operations.
