Sales Representative - Automotive Refrigerant

iGas is a global leader in refrigerant gas industry. We are building a customer-focused sales team in a growing automotive market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive salesperson or someone with strong B2B sales skills who wants to build a career in the automotive refrigerant and A/C products industry. This position is responsible for developing new business and maintaining relationships with automotive parts distributors, fleet operators, and other automotive customers.

The ideal candidate is a confident salesperson with strong communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and generate sales opportunities through phone calls, visits, networking, and referrals
• Sell automotive refrigerants and related A/C products and supplies
• Educate customers on product features, applications, pricing, and availability
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM
• Monitor market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activity
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
• Monitor orders to ensure accurate and on time fulfillment

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B sales experience in automotive, HVACR, or a parts-industry
• Knowledge of automotive air-conditioning systems and refrigerants is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Professional, dependable, and customer focused
• Microsoft applications and CRM skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel nationally to visit customers as needed
