Tractor Supply Co. - - Responsibilities: Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.; Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.; Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.; Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.; Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, Customer handoff, and follow-up.
