Job Summary:
We are seeking a experienced HR Document Specialist to support our Human Resources department with organizing, scanning, uploading, and maintaining employee records. This position is responsible for ensuring confidential documents are accurately processed and properly filed within company systems.

Responsibilities:

• Scan and upload employee documents into electronic filing systems
• Organize and maintain physical and digital personnel files
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with data entry and document indexing
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
• Sort, label, and archive HR records as needed
• Support HR staff with administrative tasks and special projects
• Ensure compliance with company recordkeeping procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative, clerical, or HR support experience (1 year minimal)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and scanning systems
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong time management and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret, and communicate clearly in English.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic skills with attention to accuracy.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS or document management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members.

Entry level HR position. Must have a minimal of 6 months experience in HR.

Hourly Rate: $18.00
