Not only does our advanced technology set us apart from our competitors, so do our people â€" we have some of the best in the industry! Position Description:The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for performing routine and non-routine cleaning, maintenance, and services in order to keep the facilities clean, operational, and well-maintained. Additionally, this role works in tandem with the Office Manager to identify and address any office needs beyond day-to-day cleaning, including preventative maintenance. Essential Responsibilities:Perform general cleaning of all areas of the building and parking lot as outlined in the cleaning scheduleComplete non-routine cleaning as outlined in the cleaning schedule or as directedEnsure rooms are maintained and fully equipped and stocked with any supplies as neededPerform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning and minor maintenance according to building and equipment needsContinuous evaluation of building condition and communicate with supervisor about any work that requires outside expert assistanceReceive and respond to staff reports of issues or building needsOrder supplies for building needsCoordinate with Office Manager and Office Assistant to setup and breakdown before and after any company functionsMinimum Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent Must be clean and organizedMust possess basic computer and telephone skillsMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to climb heights, climb onto ladders, and lift/carry up to 50lbsAbility to interact with internal staff as well as with external vendorsAbility to maintain confidentiality and respect for personal belongings Ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary Benefits of Working at Jackson Sumner & Associates:Medical, Dental and Vision Offerings401kWellness IncentivesIn-house gym, Zen rooms and exercise classesPaid Vacation, Holidays, personal/sick time *Full benefits are available for FT roles only*
