Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in Rolla, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location and supportive local leadership.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities

What You'll Need

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply. New to skilled nursing? Many OTs here treat the same diagnoses seen in hospital settings with more time to connect with and care for each patient.
