Job Type: Regular Work Location: Best Buy 187, San Francisco, CA 94103 Overview Become a Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA) in a BestBuy store. Represent Samsung’s consumer products—phones, tablets, wearables and more—by delivering customer‑focused sales consultations and driving product sales. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to BestBuy customers. Provide customers with up‑to‑date information to support purchase decisions. Build relationships with BestBuy associates and leadership through daily training, collaboration, and goal sharing. Use conversational consulting sales techniques to drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services. Uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products. Act as a brand evangelist by building confidence in Samsung offerings among BestBuy staff and customers. Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, security, installation, and store cleanliness. Complete display resets during new product launches and on request. Submit accurate daily sales performance reports and retail insights. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis. At least 6months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high‑traffic retail holidays.
