Maintenance & Facilities Manager page is loaded## Maintenance & Facilities Managerlocations: Bristol, NHtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\_00100282**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure high equipment uptime and rapid response to breakdowns.* Set maintenance priorities, schedules, and goals while effectively allocating work and leading your team to meet measurable targets.* Develop and coordinate maintenance strategies that reduce unplanned downtime and extend the life of critical assets.* Maintain accurate machinery records, specifications, and manuals while supporting new equipment installs and capital projects.* Ensure all legal and internal health, safety, and environmental requirements are met while promoting a strong safety culture.* Coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules to consistently meet quality and customer requirements.* Develop employees, model company values, and actively contribute to plant sustainability initiatives.# Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.* Proven experience managing maintenance activities in an industrial or manufacturing environment.* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams or technical employees.* Experience with maintenance systems, reliability practices, and supporting technical documentation.* Working knowledge of safety regulations, permits to work, risk assessments, and contractor oversight.* Strong organizational, planning, and problem‐solving skills in a fast‐paced production setting.* Professional English communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
