Generative AI Architect

Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Generative AI Architect to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the AI and Data Solutions department supporting the development of next-generation Document AI platforms, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive initiative, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Job Title: Location: Pay Range: What's the Job? Design and scale enterprise-level Generative AI solutions for document classification, data extraction, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Lead the architecture of solutions ensuring compliance, performance, and auditability within a highly regulated environment. Build and optimize RAG pipelines utilizing embeddings, vector databases, and rerankers. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to deploy AI models on GPU clusters, including vLLM and Triton. Create comprehensive architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and executive presentations to communicate solutions effectively. What's Needed? 8+ years of experience in software or solution architecture, with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML or Generative AI. Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and vector search technologies (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Llama, Elastic Search). Proficiency in Python, including frameworks such as FastAPI and LangChain. Experience with GPU optimization, cloud-native deployment, and MLOps practices. Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders. What's in it for me?
