The people who join Impact now will help define what comes next.Job OverviewThe Financial Analyst will play a critical role in elevating financial analytics across Impact. This individual will go beyond reporting to proactively uncover insights, influence strategic decision-making, and partner with business leaders to drive performance. This role requires a strong foundation in financial analysis, a curiosity for continuous improvement, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. You will have direct visibility to senior leadership and an opportunity to shape how financial insights power the next phase of growth.ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support strategic and operational decision-makingPartner cross-functionally with business leaders to provide actionable insights on performance, profitability, and growth opportunitiesBuild and enhance financial models to improve forecasting accuracy and scenario planning capabilitiesTranslate large datasets into meaningful insights using business intelligence tools (Power BI or similar), elevating reporting beyond static dashboardsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business, proactively recommending data-driven actionsOptimize and streamline financial processes, reporting frameworks, and data flows to increase efficiency and scalabilitySupport executive-level reporting with clear, concise, and impactful storytelling around financial performanceQualifications & Experience3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role within a fast-paced or private company environmentStrong proficiency with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysisExperience working with business intelligence tools (Power BI strongly preferred) and large data setsDemonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights for non-financial stakeholdersAdvanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems or ERP platforms is a plusStrong business acumen with the ability to think critically and challenge assumptionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with experience supporting leadership-level decision-makingSelf-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to operate with autonomyWhat Drives ImpactBehaviors define what our core values look like in action.
