Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

Boston Ski & Tennis in Newton, MA is seeking part-time Retail Sales Associates for the upcoming season. This is a great opportunity to join a fun, energetic team that sets the standard in the ski and tennis industry.

If you have a passion for sports and the outdoors, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ski, tennis, and other trending sporting equipment
Assist customers in selecting products that enhance their experience on the mountain and on the court
Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service

Qualifications:

Strong teamwork and communication skills
Customer-focused with attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Interest in skiing, tennis, or outdoor sports preferred

Benefits Include:

Ability to demo/rent available skis, boards, and tennis racquets

Flexible schedule needed; shifts range from 9:00 am -7:00pm. Must be available weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays

Must be dependable, hard-working, and enjoy working as part of a team
