Job Description Autism & Behavioral Consulting Services are now hiring a BCBA in the Las Vegas, NV and surrounding area! Website: As a BCBA, you will provide ongoing support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services; utilizing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures to foster independence and more active participation in their daily lives. The BCBA position manages a client caseload, provides direct care to clients, writes treatment plans, conducts functional analyses, and performs initial intake assessments. Low RBT call outs, low turnover rate. Clinic located in a central location, comprised of 50 team members. We conduct weekly feedbacks to better the work environment and sessions provided. All clients have their own private session rooms, with common areas to include: indoor swings, rock climbing walls, arcade, library, trampolines, and a classroom to better prepare for the school environment.
