Homewatch CareGivers Pasadena is hiring caregivers! Become a part of our team helping improve the lives of aging adults at their homes.

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Benefits include:

• Flexible hours that match your availability
• Above average pay + overtime pay after 8 hours or 40 hours a week.
• Weekly pay
• Various cash bonuses linked to availability, loyalty, client retention and caregiver referrals.
• Training program through state accredited online university includes 12 hours of paid coursework annually.

Requirements include:

• Ability to provide companionship and personal care for the elderly in their property with dignity and respect
• Possess reliable transportation
• Ability to be on time to assigned shifts
• Able to communicate with clients in a friendly, professional and respectful manner
• Must have a Home Care Aide Number
