As a Mobile Phlebotomist / CDL Driver , you'll play a vital role in supporting life-saving care across Southwest Florida. From welcoming donors to safely transporting our bloodmobiles, your work directly impacts patients in need. What You'll Do: Connect with and support volunteer blood donors throughout their donation experience Perform donor screenings, mini-physicals, and safely collect blood following established procedures Provide post-donation care and ensure a positive, comfortable experience Drive and operate bloodmobiles (including CDL-required vehicles) to community blood drives Prepare and maintain mobile units, ensuring quality control and readiness at every site Accurately complete documentation and support basic clerical tasks Why Lee Health? Requirements: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: Three months of phlebotomy experience. Certification: American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS). License: CDL Driver's License with no infractions. Other: Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
