Caregiver Position at Just Like Home Adult Day Center - JacksonJoin our dedicated team at Just Like Home Adult Day Center- Jackson as a Caregiver in our Adult Day Center. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients while providing compassionate care in a supportive environment. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a difference, we invite you to apply!Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.Monitor and document clients' health and behavior, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.Administer medication as directed and ensure compliance with care plans.Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.Previous experience in caregiving or related field is highly desirable.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and families.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Background check and drug screening may be required.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.About Us:Just Like Home Adult Day Center - Washington has been serving the Jackson, WI community for over a decade, providing exceptional care tailored to each client's needs.
