Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Rehabilitation
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in rehabilitation to join our team. This position involves caring for patients who are recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, providing essential support throughout their rehabilitation journey.

- Department/Cost Center: 4098/4106
- Role: LPN
- Specialty: Rehabilitation
- Open Positions: 1
- Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
- Call Requirements: None
- Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience Required: Any level
- Float Requirements: None
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 34
- Patient Ratios: 7:1
- Equipment Used: IVs, tube feeding pumps, hoyers, wheelchairs/walkers
- EHR: Meditech Expanse and UDS Pro Doc
- Patient Population: Rehabilitation patients, including those recovering from strokes, amputations, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), spinal cord injuries (SCI), motor vehicle accidents, orthopedic procedures, trauma, and overall debility.
Qualifications
- Must Have Skills/Experience: Bedside nursing, basic wound care, medication administration
- Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in rehabilitation, intravenous (IV) therapy
- Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Strokes, amputations, TBI, SCI, motor vehicle accidents, orthopedic procedures, trauma, debility
- Personality Fit: Team player, agile, problem solver
- Required Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
