What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet customers with a professional, prompt, and friendly attitude
• Accurately gather customer and vehicle information
• Document vehicle concerns based on customer descriptions
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on age, mileage, and service history
• Create accurate estimates for labor and parts
• Perform walk-around inspections on all vehicles
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Track vehicle status and ensure timely completion
• Review final invoices with customers and explain all work performed

What We're Looking For:

• Proven success in customer service and sales performance
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager
• High energy, team-oriented, and customer-focused
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to operate tablet-based write-up systems (Reynolds & Reynolds a plus!)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Desire for a long-term career with a dealership that promotes from within

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
• Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant.
• Above average energy level.
• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
• Personal and professional integrity.
• Reynolds and Reynolds computer experience a plus.
• Ability to use tablet-based write-up system.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
