Seeking a visionary Head of Product, the full-time remote leader will own the product vision and strategy, transitioning fast-moving concepts into scalable products for both human and autonomous agents while building and scaling the product function from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Define and establish the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the agentic economy Transform existing onchain distribution and incentive engines into products optimized for autonomous agents Drive user acquisition by identifying and executing strategic initiatives to onboard participants into the ecosystem Required Qualifications Proven product leadership with experience in turning product visions into scalable, real-world applications Deep AI fluency with active engagement in AI applications and experience with existing models Strong first-principles thinking to design and analyze complex systems and incentives Solid understanding of blockchain technology and its implications for product development Decisive and autonomous, with the ability to make high-stakes decisions independently
