Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Salary: $140,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for an advanced degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, with a Ph.D. preferred.
• We need at least 6 years of machine learning experience, including deep expertise in Large Language Models and Mixture of Experts.
• We value a demonstrated history of building and innovating, whether through publications or industry experience.
• We require strong programming ability in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• We are seeking someone who can lead complex initiatives and work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
• We look for excellent problem-solving ability and a strong drive for innovation.
• Preferred experience includes cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop and Spark is a plus.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Publications or presentations in recognized machine learning journals or conferences are a bonus.

• We lead the development and optimization of Large Language Models and Mixture of Experts models.
• We collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our platform.
• We conduct advanced research in machine learning, focusing on improving LLM performance and efficiency.
• We stay current on the latest AI and ML advancements and apply them to improve our models and methods.
• We mentor junior engineers and help strengthen team knowledge sharing and best practices.
• We lead core product initiatives across on-device inference optimization, quantization, RAG, agentic frameworks, and/or tool calling.
• We own end-to-end delivery while working cross-functionally with other engineering teams and leading the sub-team.
