We are actively seeking experienced Metal Machinists/Fabricators/Skilled Welders to join our growing team in Boise!

Metal Fabricator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 to $25.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
Machinists/Fabricators/Welders Job Duties:
Skilled Operation of any/all of the following equipment/machinery:
- Engine & vertical Turret Lathes
- Radial Drills
- Milling Machines
- Surface & Pedestal Grinders
- Boring Mills
- CNC Machines
Able to receive and understand complex work instructions via: technical specifications | blueprints | diagrams | written instruction sheets & verbal guidance
Utilize Micrometers/Calipers and other precision measuring tools to check parts against specified tolerances
Able to operate CNC Machines. Prefer candidates with experience in setting up and/or programming CNC machines
Metal Fabricator Qualifications:
Job Qualifications/Skills Required:
1+ year of Metal Fabrication Experience + Experience with Manual Machine Tools included but not limited to:
Engine & Vertical Turret Lathes | Radial Drills | Milling Machines | Surface & Pedestal Grinders | Boring Mills
Applicants must be skilled in checking parts against specified tolerances using micrometers, calipers, or other precision measuring tools.
Applicants must have strong mathematical, analytical and communication skills.
CNC experience preferred but not required
Applicants must be able to read blueprints/drawings BUT also be comfortable working with only written and/or verbal instructions.
Applicant must be able to work and complete tasks under minimal supervision. Regular lifting, pushing, and pulling of materials up to 50 lbs.
This positions requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Applicants must have strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude.
