Associate Director

Overview As an Associate Director, Influencer Marketing - Beauty, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of influencer seeding campaigns and strategy development in the beauty & wellness categories. This is a hybrid role, based in our New York office or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day Influencer seeding campaigns with the team Act as client lead, ensuring deadlines are met, work back plans are created, and collaboration with cross-functional teams Oversee gifting/seeding programs at a large scale Support oversight of multi-brand influencer seedings: identification, outreach, content monitoring, FTC compliance, and reporting Assist in providing client counsel and support junior team development Support client education and internal team training on influencer seeding value Maintain knowledge of client landscape and generate ideas to amplify efforts through influencer seeding Understand and provide thought leadership on influencer, beauty, and cultural trends General / Client Service Provide exceptional client servicing, educating clients throughout the beauty influencer campaign process Assist in leading client communications and idea development Participate in client meetings and planning sessions Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of experience in driving organic influencer community building programming in the beauty space Strong understanding of the beauty influencer landscape, managing seeding campaigns across fragrance, nails, haircare, skincare, and color cosmetics Experience managing a team and mentoring for growth and executional excellence Proficiency in social media, both personal and professional Experience with Influencer and Social Media tools (Traackr, CreatorIQ, Tribe Dynamics, Captiv8) Experience overseeing large-scale gifting and seeding campaigns desired Strong presentation skills and public speaking ability Proactive, hungry, and able to bring fresh ideas and improvement processes Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships and authentic storytelling Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong project management with attention to detail Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 Real Chemistry offers a comprehensive benefits program including medical/dental/vision plans, 401(k) options, generous holiday and paid time off, mental wellness support, and access to LinkedIn Learning.
