Responsibilities: Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments) Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians Monitor and review client progress, adjust goals and programs as needed Provide parent training and support Minimal in person hours Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirements Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) Must hold NJ LBA Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field At least 1 year of experience in ABA preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Comfortable working in home, school, and/or community settings We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience and hours worked Flexible scheduling and caseload management Supportive and responsive administrative team Travel support Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr Compassionate Behavioral Guidance
