Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies and conduct in-depth patient assessments to develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with individuals and families who often face barriers in accessing mental health services. You will be instrumental in providing support to those experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is required, demonstrating proficiency in a therapeutic role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 90,000 per year, contingent upon experience and caseload.
