Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Summary RCM Healthcare Services is hiring school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for positions in the Salem,OR area. This role involves delivering speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students in a collaborative school-based environment. Responsibilities Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule Hours per week: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Contract length: 2026–2027 school year Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students up to age 5 Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student progress and therapy plans Requirements Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field Required: SLP License from Oregon Board of Examiners for SLP (BSPA) Required: Specialized endorsement through the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational environments Ability to provide effective in-person therapy services to students Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and speech evaluations Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines Medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits available Paid time off (if applicable) Stock options offered Weekly pay About Us RCM Healthcare Services works with professionals across schools, healthcare, and community-based settings nationwide.
