- Location: Nazareth, PA
- Schedule: Full-time (38 hours per week)
- Available Shifts:
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Thursday 2:00 PM - Friday 8:00 AM (afternoon/evening/overnight)
- Provide verbal and physical support at home and in the community
- Assist with hygiene needs
- Help with shopping and meal preparation
- Light housework and laundry
- Support participation in community activities
- Maintain routines and schedules
- Personal or professional experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses is a plus.

- Have a Bachelor's degree in one of the following majors: Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work or Gerontology OR be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) OR qualified to be NADD certified (National Association for the Dually Diagnosed).
- A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience supporting people to live in the community.
- Possession of a valid drivers license with a safe driving record.
- Access to a reliable vehicle, proof of current vehicle registration, inspection, and insurance.
- 18 years of age or older.
$19/hour
