Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 40 hours per week (4x10s)

Key Responsibilities

• Observe, evaluate, and coordinate care provided to patients in the Special Procedures department
• Participate in direct and indirect patient care activities in alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and mission
• Accurately document patient care and clinical activities using Epic EMR
• Support department operations during an Epic EMR conversion and backfill period
• Monitor and respond to patient status changes, applying critical care and cardiac knowledge as appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months (each work history entry must specify the charting system used, with dates if multiple EMR systems were used at one employer)
• Cerner experience within the last 5 years
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS, HS-ACLS, or RQI ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification
• Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or full employment engagement; no RTO — start date is firm

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• RN experience in critical care, medical-surgical, Cardiac Cath Lab, or Special Procedures settings
• Advanced Electrocardiogram (EKG) certification
