Position Summary: As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty.

Compensation: $100,000 $120,000 per year

Additional Compensation: This position is also eligible for: bonus/commission/equity/overtime/student loan repayment/relocation assistance delete as applicable, or omit line if none apply.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
