Job Summary: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices. Qualifications: Must hold a valid state PT license or certification, with current CPR certification preferred. Education required is a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience ranges from 0-1 years. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and strategies for managing conditions. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care. Perform other duties as assigned.
