We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager (M4) to lead Performance Measurement & Reporting (PM&R) within the Secure Site product family. This role blends strategy and execution, requiring a leader who can set vision while driving delivery across a complex, fast-paced environment.

You will own a portfolio of highly visible, client-facing digital products—including Personal Performance, Dividends & Income, among others—playing a critical role in helping clients understand and act on their financial outcomes. This role requires strong connection to client needs, leveraging insights and feedback to shape intuitive, transparent, and impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap across PM&R capabilities, aligned to Digital Channels and Personal Investor priorities 

• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of high-impact products, balancing innovation, scale, and operational rigor 

• Translate complex performance and financial data into clear, client-friendly digital experiences 

• Partner with senior leaders to drive alignment, manage trade-offs, and influence enterprise decisions 

• Operate with high engagement from  OGC to ensure regulatory compliance and strong governance 

• Lead vendor and consultant partnerships, ensuring accountability for delivery, quality, and outcomes 

• Drive Agile execution, including prioritization, backlog management, and release planning aligned to business value 

Qualifications  

• Experience leading digital product strategy and delivery in a complex, regulated environment 

• Strong ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional stakeholders 

• Expertise in analytics, performance/reporting, or data-driven products preferred 

• Proven vendor management and partnership leadership 

• Track record of delivering client-centric digital experiences
