What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, including children and adults
• Work in both mobile clinics and brick-and-mortar facilities, with flexibility based on clinic needs
• Conduct routine exams, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
• Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR software
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Follow all safety and policy protocols during patient care sessions

What You Need:

• Active CA medical license in hand
• DEA certification
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of outpatient family medicine experience
• Ability to speak Spanish fluently
• Comfortable working with diverse age groups and in mobile clinic environments

About the Assignment: This outpatient Family Practice role involves serving a wide age range across various clinic settings, including mobile health units, school-based clinics, and traditional brick-and-mortar facilities. The provider will split their time among these settings, helping deliver accessible healthcare to the community.
