Driver / Warehouse AssociateThe Driver / Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily dealership operations by ensuring efficient parts handling, accurate inventory management, and timely delivery and pickup of parts. This position combines warehouse responsibilities with driving duties to maintain smooth workflow between the dealership, vendors, and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and shipments for accuracy and qualityProcess and document outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labelingMaintain organized records of all shipping and receiving activitiesDeliver and pick up parts from other dealerships, vendors, and wholesale customers in a timely mannerPlan and follow efficient delivery routesLoad and unload parts safely to prevent damageMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentFollow all safety procedures and dealership standardsAssist in general facility upkeep as neededPull and stage parts from inventory for service department requestsAccurately stock shelves and organize inventory for easy accessMonitor inventory levels and assist with ordering parts as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPrevious warehouse, delivery, or automotive parts experience is a plusAbility to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailBasic computer skills for inventory tracking systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits (Optional Section)Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysEmployee discountsOpportunities for advancement
