Geriatrician Position North of Boston - PACE Program

About the Opportunity A nonprofit healthcare center 30 miles north of Boston that provides comprehensive medical and supportive services for adults aged 55 and older through the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model is adding a Geriatrician. The organization’s mission is to help seniors remain safely in their homes and communities for as long as possible by offering coordinated care that includes primary and specialty medical services, rehabilitation, social programs, meals, and transportation. This position will focus on care in our skilled nursing facilities Monday through Friday, 8 am-4 pm Average daily patient census is 8-15 Provide complete and highly personalized care to help seniors live independently, safely, and comfortably in their homes for as long as possible Deliver team-based care that includes physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, social workers, behavioral health specialists, and CNAs Market rate salary plus full benefits, including health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO, and retirement plan Spanish fluency preferred Location/Community A city of 53,000 people in the Merrimack Valley region of northeastern Massachusetts Just under 30 miles to Boston Proximity to both Boston-Logan International Airport and Manchester Regional Airport This area offers access to shopping and dining at The Loop, historic sites like Searles Castle, and outdoor recreation along the Merrimack River and nearby parks, making it a convenient suburban community with easy access to both urban amenities and New England nature.
