What You’ll be Doing Ace Retail Operations: You’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory) are completed, keeping the store clean, organized, and shop‑ready. Preferred Qualifications & Education High School Diploma/GED Ability to build constructive relationships with store associates Positive communication with all levels Independent judgment and discretion with the Store Sales Manager Strong retail practices knowledge Effective teamwork skills Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours Physical Requirements and/or Environment Lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to shoulder height with proper equipment. Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
