In this role, you will work closely with physicians and hospital staff to manage complex oncologic and hematologic conditions, coordinate care plans, and support patients through hospitalization and recovery. The position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, hospital-based environment while building meaningful relationships with patients and families during important stages of care.
