VP, Leveraged Finance — TMT & PE Sponsor Relationships

Societe Generale in New York seeks a seasoned Leveraged Finance banker to join our Investment Banking team, focusing on building long-term relationships with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in the TMT space. You will contribute to the direct execution and structuring of syndicated loan transactions and other sponsor financings.

The role requires strong credit analysis, financial modeling, and the ability to cross-sell capital markets products.
