This Level 1 Trauma Center provides comprehensive surgical services with established anesthesia protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery. The facility operates under a medical direction model with a collaborative team of 30 MDs and 30 CRNAs/CAAs supporting diverse surgical specialties.

Springfield offers diverse attractions including Fantastic Caverns for underground exploration, the Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium for marine experiences, and historic sites with guided tours. Visitors can explore outdoor retail destinations, attend sporting events, and participate in walking tours that highlight local caverns and caves. The destination provides cultural activities such as art fairs, live music venues, theater performances, and winery experiences that operate throughout much of the year.

The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during Monday through Friday shifts with 5x8 hour scheduling under medical direction. The clinician will manage diverse surgical cases including trauma, general surgery, neurosurgical, c-sections, ENT, orthopedic, and ophthalmology procedures. Cardiac cases are optional and not required for this position.
