Strategic Finance Associate, Equity & AI Forecasting

Apollo Global Management is looking for an Associate to join their Strategic Finance team. This role focuses on financial modeling, forecasting, and supporting the Equity & Hybrid businesses. You’ll work on complex financial analyses and help improve reporting processes, all while being part of a dynamic and collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and profitability. Enhance existing reporting and analyses for stakeholders. Source and analyze data for budgets and forecasts. Assist with special projects and system implementations. Lead efforts to improve reporting efficiency using AI. Provide timely and insightful information to senior leadership. What You Need 3+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in Investment Banking, FP&A, or Big-4 valuation. Strong Excel modeling skills are a must. Passionate about learning and understanding business mechanics. Exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills. Strong analytical thinking and financial reasoning abilities. Detail-oriented with great organizational skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
