Marketing Assistant Manager

We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to develop and execute integrated brand strategies for our fashion portfolio, driving growth through campaigns, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and events. The ideal candidate has experience in fashion retail marketing, strong analytical and creative skills, and the ability to translate insights into effective, results-oriented strategies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, plan and execute brand and marketing strategies aimed at existing and new customers to drive business revenue for Fashion brands Work with public relations to ensure synergized press strategies and media engagement Identify and appoint Influencers to curate content for brand awareness, engagement and conversion Work with strategic partners to craft partner promotions, tap into their database and media amplification Develop, plan and execute events to drive visitation to stores targeting existing and new customers Leverage on insights and CRM to craft tactical promotions Collaborate closely with Retail Operations team to ensure products in store featured on various marketing platforms are in sync with business demands Work with Content team to craft compelling content to drive brand engagement and conversion Conduct post campaign reports to share learnings, determine effectiveness of campaign strategies and recommend steps forward. Collaborate with other business units (e.g. F&B, Wellness, E-commerce, ComoClub, Corporate Group, etc) to leverage on other group initiatives Assist in general administrative duties within the departments Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by the Management of the Company Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 3–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries Proven track record in campaign planning, brand management, and driving measurable results Experience working with public relations, influencers, and strategic partnerships Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM tools Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr COMO Group
