Overview AI Focused Engineers with experience in the .NET Stack .NET / React - Back End Leaning. Remote (cross over with UAE Timezone). ASAP Start. This is a Software Engineering role suited to engineers who enjoy the pace of start ups and have adopted AI into their workflows and processes to improve productivity! Experience level matters less than quality of thinking. Whether you have 1 year or 10 years behind you, what we care about is how you approach problems, how you communicate, and how you use the tools available to you. Responsibilities Full stack position with a clear back-end emphasis. You\'ll be working primarily in C# (.NET) alongside a Next.js front end, building on live products within fast sprint cycles. The team works at pace: 2 to 4 week sprints, real accountability, and genuine ownership from day one. AI tooling, including Claude, is embedded into the planning, discovery, and execution process. It\'s not used as a gimmick—it's core to how they deliver. They\'ll be testing for this in interview, so if you\'re already working this way, you\'re ahead of the pack. What You Will Bring (Qualifications) Strong Experience in .NET and some experience across Front End tasks with Next.js Have strong object-oriented programming fundamentals and can apply them to complex, evolving systems Understand how to integrate AI tooling thoughtfully, e.g. you know the difference between leveraging AI well and creating brittle AI spaghetti Are comfortable jumping into live projects and adapting quickly to existing product culture and codebases Can translate business requirements into clean technical solutions without over-engineering Communicate proactively: this team moves fast and high-frequency, high-quality communication is non-negotiable Are energised by rapid cycles and iterative delivery rather than slowed down by them About the Company A product-led digital transformation business working with some of the most exciting clients across a range of industries.
