EarthCam has documented over a trillion dollars of construction projects around the world. The company is headquartered on a 10-acre campus in northern New Jersey. We are seeking an analytical and goal-oriented Director of Supply Chain to join our growing team. Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning and execution of supply chain, purchasing, and procurement activities Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to grow the supplier database Negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize value Oversee logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting Implement process improvements and technological processes to enhance efficiency in line with the company’s overall goals and objectives Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals Manage and mentor the supply chain and purchasing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide Submit weekly reports to upper management Qualifications 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Expertise in global supply chain management and international trade regulations Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., Mysis, SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems (e.g., Sage) Proven track record of improving supply chain processes Expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management Excellent communication and leadership abilities Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Certifications in supply chain management preferred Benefits The EarthCam package includes excellent salaries, bonuses, benefits, and constant opportunities for development – designed to create an entrepreneurial, invigorating and satisfying environment.
