Community Manager

Position Description: Currently, we are seeking a Community Manager to join the Foundry Commercial team in Dallas, TX. The Community Manager is the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for our associates in the Foundry Dallas office. This role will be the connector and individual who interfaces with clients and guests, providing an exceptional experience. The Community Manager will be an integral part of running and managing the day‑to‑day office needs of our office. This individual will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the Foundry culture and managing the operations of our Dallas office. You will be successful in this role if: No associate request is too big or too small for you to handle You are comfortable with meeting challenges through creative brainstorming and action You are energized by people and work well in a collaborative team environment You can identify opportunities to improve efficiency Your attention to detail is something people rave about You are resilient You know professional growth only comes from embracing challenging and unpredictable days You are willing to get your hands dirty one minute and think big picture the next You enjoy being a tour guide within and outside of the office Essential Job Functions: Provides an outstanding experience to both internal and external customers and acts as a cultural steward to enhance the Foundry office and brand Maintains the reception area ensuring a professional image through both phone and in-person contact with associates and guests Identifies and resolves associate and guest issues with friendliness and patience Partner with Dallas office leadership to achieve business objectives and local initiatives in the areas of Facilities, Accounting, Human Capital, and Marketing Works with event teams in office to plan and coordinate engaging associate events Recommends and implements office standards and procedures to create efficiency and experience Processes commission vouchers and supports commission tracking and reporting activities. Assists brokerage professionals with administrative tasks related to listings, transactions, presentations, and client deliverables. Provides administrative and operational support to the Property Management team during periods of increased activity or workflow demands. Responsible for creating and dispersing office‑wide associate communications Oversees the purchase and management of office supplies, furniture, and office equipment Completes a variety of administrative tasks for the Dallas leadership team including completing expense reports and arranging travel plans Supervises vendor relationships for the maintenance of office, technology, and other equipment Responsible for the facilities day‑to‑day operations (such as distributing building and security access, etc.) Liaison with the building property management team for office operations and maintenance Education and Experience Requested: Minimum of High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of work experience in Sales, Hospitality, Customer Service or Business Operations Professional demeanor who is a team player and has passion for delighting customers Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills Self‑starter who can work independently and take ownership of their work High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move quickly and get things done Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Basic knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator or Canva a plus Business and financial acumen to understand/provide context for decisions; ability to influence and challenge decisions as appropriate #J-18808-Ljbffr Foundry-Commercial
