Key Qualifications:

• Active Virginia SLP license required
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or direct therapy settings is highly valued
• Ability to oversee and interpret assessments and evaluations
• Confidence writing and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Comfort attending multidisciplinary team meetings
• SLP-CCC or CFY candidates welcomed

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough student assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and school team discussions
