Store Designer

Develop floor plans, storefront elevations, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for retail store projects. Translate global design standards into store-specific solutions for international and travel retail locations. Review drawings and design packages for accuracy, quality, and compliance with brand standards. Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget. Prepare and present design concepts to cross-functional stakeholders. Review and approve shop drawings as needed. Identify and resolve design, schedule, or cost-related issues. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design integrity and meeting deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. 3–5 years of retail store design experience; international retail experience preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Strong 3D modeling, rendering, sketching, and presentation skills. Ability to create, read, and review architectural drawings and construction documents. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Luxury retail, travel retail, or corporate retail design experience is a plus.
