Bartender – Pupatella (Capitol Hill)

Pupatella is looking for a passionate, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team.

We’re a Neapolitan pizzeria rooted in tradition, quality, and genuine care—for our guests and for each other. Our bar program is simple, thoughtful, and designed to complement our food: Italian wines, classic cocktails, and a welcoming energy that brings people together.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a warm, engaging experience for every guest at the bar and in the dining room
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar
• Support the floor team during service (this is a team-first environment)
• Help uphold Pupatella’s standards of hospitality, quality, and service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience (restaurant experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a high-volume setting
• A genuine love of hospitality and connecting with people
