Job Title: Mobile Associate (MA) – Job Location: 108 S Broad St, Woodbury, NJ 08096 - Salary Range: $15.92 - $30.00 per hour Overview Arch Telecom is a national wireless retailer with over 200 stores across the U.S. As a Mobile Associate, you will support the retail team by delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience, building loyalty, and learning the skills needed to advance to Mobile Expert. Responsibilities Help customers resume their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store. Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology. Side‑by‑side sell to find personalized solutions that go beyond basic devices and service plans. Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, clear answers, and shared expertise. Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy. Use digital tools to showcase coverage, plan benefits, and device/account inspection. Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, system knowledge, and reference resources. Collaborate with employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small‑business leads. Develop strong peer relationships and contribute to a culture of care and excellence. Qualifications Strong desire to learn and master customer advocacy skills. Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices. Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals. Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
